Not a database.
A community.
Membership isn't access to a list. It's a say in what gets built, a seat at the table, and work that circulates between the people in it.
Founding status
The first members are named as founding, permanently, on their own page. Not a badge that expires — a record of who backed this before it was obvious.
A say in what we build
Members vote on what comes next — the events we run, the features we build, where FYNM goes after Perth. The vote decides it, not us.
Work that circulates
Members post castings, shoots and paid work to the community first. Opportunity moves inside the room before it reaches anywhere else.
Ambassador Council
Brands who shape it.
A small group of member businesses convened each quarter to steer what FYNM builds and who it serves. Invitation and application both.
- Convened quarterly, agenda published beforehand
- First look at features before they ship
- Named on the founding page
- A vote that carries weight, not a suggestion box
Talent Advisory Panel
Talent who shape it.
Models, creators and photographers who tell us what's actually working and what isn't. A platform built for talent should be answerable to them.
- Meets each season, remote or in person
- Sets standards for how brands approach talent
- Reviews every complaint we receive
- Open to any accepted talent — experience not required
Being seen, not just listed.
A profile in a directory does nothing on its own. Members get put in front of an audience — ours, and each other's.
Community shoots are proposed by members and cast from the books — a photographer, a concept, and the people to make it. FYNM covers the studio.
Post work to the room.
Have a casting, a shoot, a campaign or a paid gig? Members put it in front of the community before it goes anywhere public. Reviewed before it's posted — no unpaid "exposure" briefs.
Put your name forward.
Both groups are small on purpose. Tell us which one and why — the founding intake is chosen before 21 November.
